Welcome to Book with Berencz Travel. By accessing or using our website, services, or booking travel with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully. 

1. Services Provided

We act as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, cruise lines, etc.) to arrange travel services. While we strive to ensure quality and accuracy, we are not responsible for the performance or delivery of services by these third parties.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Booking Process: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the travel supplier.
• Deposits and Payments: A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is typically due 45-120 days before travel. Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policies: Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel suppliers. Penalties or fees may apply.
• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed per the supplier's policies. Service fees paid to us are non-refundable.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to a lack of insurance.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of all personal and travel information provided.
• Verify visa, passport, vaccination, and other entry requirements for your destination.
• Comply with all laws, rules, and regulations of the destination countries.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
• Injuries, damages, or losses occurring during your travel.
• Delays, cancellations, or changes in travel plans due to weather, strikes, pandemics, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

7. Changes to Bookings

• Changes requested by the client may incur additional fees and are subject to supplier policies.
• If changes are made by the travel supplier, we will inform you promptly and assist in finding alternatives where possible.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on our home page for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or small claims court. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
